TGS always hope that your vehicle(s) and goods will always be delivered in good condition, but if they are not, it is important to notify our After Sales team (aftersales@toyota-gib.com)as soon as the damage or theft is noticed. If your order is covered by insurance purchased from TGS, then please follow these guidelines, and the insurance claim should be processed quickly and without any argument. In the event that your order is covered by your own insurance, these guidelines may also be helpful in identifying what may be required by your insurance brokers, though it is important to note that the terms of your insurance cover and its claims procedure may differ. It is therefore important to notify your insurers as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: In no circumstances, except under written protest, should the customer give clean receipts when goods are in doubtful condition.
