The Land Cruiser 78 Hardtop and the Hiace Commuter Bus can both be used as base vehicles for the conversion into a Prison Van. Amongst the many features required, special care should be taken to ensure total security to the driver compartment as well as the provision of a through ventilation system that would enable the transport of the occupants in relative comfort.
